Cancellation Policy

At Stayfinder, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear and fair for both guests and property partners.

Refund eligibility is calculated based on the number of days between the cancellation request and the scheduled check-in date.

1. Full Refund

If a booking is cancelled more than 30 days before the check-in date, the guest will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.

2. Partial Refund

If a booking is cancelled 15 to 30 days before the check-in date, the guest will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.

3. No Refund

If a booking is cancelled less than 15 days before the check-in date, no refund will be provided.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Important Notes

  • Cancellation requests are considered valid only after they are confirmed by Stayfinder.
  • The applicable refund amount is based on the official check-in date mentioned in the booking confirmation.
  • Any third-party transaction charges, if applicable, may be deducted at the time of refund.
