2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Prices may change without prior notice
• Payments must be completed to confirm reservations
• Additional charges may apply for damages or extra services

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to check-in are eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount.

• Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days prior to check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount.

• Cancellations made within 15 days of check-in are non-refundable.

4. User Responsibilities

• Respect property rules and local laws
• Avoid causing damage or disturbance
• Be liable for any damages during your stay

5. Limitation of Liability

Stayfinder acts as a platform connecting guests and property owners. We are not responsible for property conditions, service quality, or disputes between users and hosts.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Stayfinder, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Stayfinder and may not be used without permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform if these terms are violated.

8. Changes to Terms
